Trash Can Valet
Trash and recycling day means someone has to remember, haul the cans down the driveway, and bring them back in later. We do that part. On your scheduled pickup day, we bring your cans from the side or back of your house to the curb before collection, then return them to their spot once they've been emptied. One flat rate covers as many cans as you have.

Monthly Can Cleaning
Trash and recycling cans build up grime, odor, and pests over time no matter how careful you are. Once a month, we pressure wash and sanitize your cans on the curb right after pickup, so they go back empty, rinsed, and odor free.

Pad Cleaning
For properties that want the pad and pony walls around a dumpster cleaned without including the dumpster itself, this is the standalone option. We pressure wash the enclosure so the area looks as good as everything around it. Flat rate, any property type.

Dumpster + Pad Cleaning
Shared dumpsters at HOAs, apartment communities, and commercial properties take a lot more abuse than a household can, and the smell and pest issues scale with it. This service cleans the dumpster itself along with the pad and pony walls around it, in a single flat-rate visit with commercial equipment.

Soft Wash
Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution instead of high pressure alone, safely removing mold, mildew, algae, and dirt buildup from siding, roofs, fences, and other exterior surfaces without the risk high pressure washing can pose to paint, shingles, and trim. Because every property's surface area and condition is different, pricing is a custom quote rather than a flat rate.
