By signing up for TK Valet service, you agree to these terms. TK Valet provides trash can valet, can cleaning, pad cleaning, dumpster + pad cleaning, and soft wash exterior cleaning services on a subscription, per-visit, or custom quoted basis, as selected at signup.
Service & scheduling
Recurring services (Trash Can Valet, Monthly Can Cleaning) continue on the selected billing cycle until paused or cancelled. Per-visit and custom quoted services (Pad Cleaning, Dumpster + Pad Cleaning, Soft Wash) are scheduled individually. We are not responsible for delays caused by your city or waste hauler's collection schedule.
Billing & cancellation
Recurring plans bill monthly. You may pause or cancel recurring service at any time; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Property access
You're responsible for ensuring cans, pads, and bins covered by your service are accessible on scheduled service days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
